1. "What is your shipping policy?"

Most orders should only take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped, unless they contain a preorder, in which case they will be processed and shipped after production. Production time is typically 1-2 weeks. Most orders will come with a tracking number.

2. "Do you ship worldwide?"

Yes! If for whatever reason you country is not available at check out, or you are seeing our products as sold out when you switch currencies, please reach out so we can fix that for you! We will not ship to Israel.

3. "What about returns, exchanges, and cancellations?"

We will honor cancellations made within 24 hours. Anything past that we will not be able to honor. If for whatever reason an item you receive is defective or not up to standards, let us try and fix that for you! In the case in which you want to return a product, you must cover shipping costs.

4. "Do you take custom orders?"
